This is one of the highest ratings given to any life settlement provider and is a testament to the high standards and business practices underlying the company's success. The ratings process involved a comprehensive examination of Peachtree's operations, including specific due diligence relating to company history, management, structure, market standing, credit standing and financial strength. Scope Rating Service is a German rating service which caters to the private and public fund market in Germany and is analogous to U.S.-based firms which rate mutual funds. Peachtree Life Settlements is the exclusive originator of life settlement transactions for two funds established by HypoVereinsBank FondsFinance (HVBFF). HVBFF is a subsidiary of the HypoVereinsBank, the second largest bank in Germany.
