| Peachtree LBP Finance Company Announces Thomas N. Tillery & Michael L. Rothstein as Regional Vice Presidents - Insurance Services NORCROSS, Ga. - May 16, 2005/ Thomas N. Tillery has joined Peachtree LBP Finance Company as Regional Vice President of the Insurance Services Division in Norcross, Georgia. Mr. Tillery will be responsible for marketing the company's Leveraged Bonus Program to life insurance producers and life marketing organizations east of the Mississippi. Michael L. Rothstein has joined Peachtree LBP Finance Company as regional vice president of the Insurance Services Division in Norcross, Georgia. Mr. Rothstein will be responsible for marketing the company's Leveraged Bonus Program to life insurance producers and life marketing organizations west of the Mississippi. LBP Vice President of Insurance Services, Louis Gardner, commented, "I'm very excited we were able to recruit these two experienced, knowledgeable and talented individuals. Prior to joining Peachtree, Mr. Tillery was employed by New York Life in Leawood, Kansas, as a Senior Field Director in the company's advanced markets operation responsible for retail life sales in the Southeastern United States. Mr. Tillery was with Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company for fifteen years as a personal producer and sales manager. He was also a Field Vice President with the Pacific Life Insurance Company covering the Southeastern United States. Mr. Tillery is an adjunct faculty member at Oglethorpe University and holds Master's degrees in Education and Financial Services. He is a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF). Prior to joining Peachtree, Mr. Rothstein was employed by New York Life in Leawood, Kansas, as a Brokerage Field Director, responsible for retail sales for M Financial Group member firms in the western United States. Before joining New York Life, Mr. Rothstein was employed by The Producers Group in Aliso Viejo, California, and worked with a group of key producers throughout the United States. Previously, Mr. Rothstein served as Vice President of First Financial Resources in Costa Mesa, California. In this role, he directed a staff of marketing managers, recruited producers, and managed strategic alliances with carriers and other marketing organizations. Mr. Rothstein received his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. He is a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC).
