| Louis A. Gardner joins Peachtree LBP Finance Company as Vice President - Insurance Services Norcross, Georgia, April 27, 2005, Louis A. Gardner has joined Peachtree LBP Finance Company as vice president of the Insurance Services Division in Norcross, Georgia. Mr. Gardner will be responsible for marketing and distribution of the company's Leveraged Bonus Program. "We are quite pleased to have Mr. Gardner on board", said Tim Trankina, President of Peachtree. "Mr. Gardner brings more than 20 years of insurance and financial sales and sales management expertise to Peachtree and will play a key role in developing distribution for our new life insurance-related programs". Prior to joining Peachtree, Mr. Gardner was employed by New York Life as vice president of the Brokerage Department in Leawood, Kansas. Before joining New York Life, Mr. Gardner was employed by Pacific Life Insurance Company, in Newport Beach, California. Gardner served as assistant vice president and national sales manager for the marketing and distribution of variable life products. Previously, Mr. Gardner was a national sales manager for Nationwide Insurance Company, overseeing all sales activities in the western half of the United States related to marketing and wholesaling four variable universal life (VUL) products. He earned his B.S. degree at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California. Mr. Gardner is a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and is licensed with a Series 7 for Life, Disability and Annuity.
